I’ve been doing a lot of reading and self-reflecting this month and I finally came to the decision that I have to do something different — something I’ve never done before — in order to shake my fitness/weight loss struggle.
I hired an online personal trainer.
Her name is Nicole Kellerman and I found her through Twitter. I have been watching her tweets for a month or so and I liked what I saw. When she offered up a six week special, I thought this was my sign that I need to do this.
I am participating with a group of women who all have different food demons to battle. We have bi-weekly conference calls, access to an online forum for questions and “homework” to do, which right now includes reading some books. That’s easy enough for me to do!
I’ll do a short review of the books she recommended later. But for now, let me say that change is definitely happening here and for the better.
